SHINE Preston Farm is celebrating its six-month birthday by doubling in size.

After completing the transformation of premises on the business park, the salon is going from strength to strength thanks to fantastic support from clients old and new.

Demand for Shine hair and beauty services have soared and the encouraging take-up from clients has meant the business has been able to expand to plan.
Having started with three members of staff, the team is now seven-strong with further plans for growth.

Preston Farm was the first venture for owner Jacqui Elliott, who celebrates 31 years in hairdressing this year including 20 in industry management and training.

Colour degree specialist Jacqui has drawn on her vast experience to set the standard for the team, who are all taking part in a year-long exclusive training programme with Wella.

Jacqui is supported by principal stylist and colour expert Hannah Murphy and new recruit Andrew Goldsbrorough, as well as the salon’s enthusiastic apprentices.

“I’m really proud of the team, who have worked really hard to help make Shine Preston Farm a success,” said Jacqui.

As well as experienced specialists in colour and cutting, the salon’s beauty therapist Chloe McCall offers a full range of face and body treatments, spray tans and nail treatments.

The salon has also teamed up with Eden aesthetic practitioners to offer cosmetic and aesthetic treatments and semi-permanent make-up.
