Teens shine at official leavers’ ball

GLITZ and glamour were in the ascendancy as students celebrated the end of their school days with a ball to remember.

Richmond School and Sixth Form College Year 11 students arrived in style for the official leavers’ ball in a variety of machinery ranging from tractors to all terrain vehicles, a classic Mini Cooper to London buses.

Teenagers enjoyed a taste of the red carpet treatment as friends and family turned out at school in force to capture the memorable moment on countless cameras and smartphones.

Inside, the school hall had been transformed into a spectacular leavers’ ball venue including a big band sound courtesy of school musicians.
